The intention
Renovations are our primary focus. We begin with the way you live today — and the parts of your home that could work harder for you.
An interior renovation can bring clarity to a fragmented layout, improve the relationship between rooms and create a consistent material language. The aim is not simply to replace finishes, but to understand what should change and what is worth keeping.
Possible scope
Where we can begin.
01
Connected living spaces
Main-floor layouts, circulation and openings, with structural implications reviewed before any wall is removed.
02
Interior renewal
Flooring, wall finishes, doors, trim and built-ins considered together rather than as unrelated upgrades.
03
Basements with purpose
Space planning for living, work or storage, with moisture, ceiling heights and building requirements reviewed early.
04
Coordinated systems
Electrical, plumbing, heating and ventilation changes scoped alongside the layout and finishes.
A considered sequence
From conversation to a clear plan.
01
Read the existing house
Discuss priorities, review the rooms and identify conditions that need further investigation.
02
Define the intervention
Clarify what stays, what changes and which drawings, assessments and approvals may be needed.
03
Sequence the work
Consider demolition, concealed work and finishes in order, including access and whether parts of the home can remain occupied.
04
Review the details
Agree material decisions and review the completed scope together, including any items needing follow-up.
Before committing
Planning & approvals
Older homes can reveal concealed conditions once opened up. Structural changes, plumbing relocations and other work may require drawings, specialist input or permits. Requirements, budget and timing are assessed case by case; a scope cannot be confirmed from photographs alone.
First conversation
What to bring
Tell us which rooms you want to change, what is not working, the general location of the home and any timing or budget priorities. Existing plans and a few photographs can help frame the first conversation.
