A new home starts with the right questions.

The intention

We welcome custom-home enquiries as a considered conversation about the site, the design and the construction scope.

Building new offers the opportunity to align spaces with your routines from the outset. It also asks for careful coordination between the owner, architect, designer and construction team. Before discussing a finished home, we focus on the information and decisions needed to establish a viable project.

Possible scope

Where we can begin.

01

Early construction planning

Discuss project priorities, design stage and the scope of construction support you are seeking.

02

Design coordination

Review how architectural intent, structural requirements, building systems and interior details will come together.

03

Site & sequence

Consider site access, excavation, servicing and the progression from foundations and envelope to interior work.

04

Material & finish planning

Explore the coordination of windows, cabinetry, surfaces and fixtures within a coherent design and procurement plan.

A considered sequence

From conversation to a clear plan.

  1. 01

    Establish the brief

Discuss the site, living requirements, design team and what stage the project has reached.

  2. 02

    Identify prerequisites

Review the surveys, drawings, specialist assessments and municipal approvals relevant to the proposal.

  3. 03

    Clarify construction scope

Define responsibilities, allowances and key decisions before agreeing a construction approach.

  4. 04

    Plan delivery

Consider sequencing, material lead times, site coordination and the reviews needed through construction and handover.

Before committing

Planning & approvals

New-home planning depends on zoning, site conditions, servicing and the proposed design. Building permits and professional drawings are typically needed; additional assessments or approvals may apply. Requirements are reviewed case by case. An enquiry does not confirm availability, approvals, price or a construction schedule.

What to bring

Share the general site location, whether you have an architect or drawings, the spaces you envision and your budget and timing priorities. If you are still exploring, tell us what is known and what remains open.
